Getyourleads (“we”, “us”) runs the LinkedIn outreach service at getyourleads.app and the “GetYourLeads LinkedIn Connector” Chrome extension. This policy explains what we collect, why, who it is shared with, and how you can have it removed. We are based at No 6, Level 3, RR Nagar, Bengaluru, India 560098. Questions go to getyourleads.freelancer@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, your email address and a password for getyourleads.app. The password is handled by our sign-in provider and kept only as a hash.
- Your LinkedIn connection: the name you give the account, the LinkedIn email you connect it with, and the LinkedIn session that lets us act on your account at your direction. The session is stored encrypted. If you sign in with your LinkedIn email and password instead, they are used to start that session and the password is not kept (it is held encrypted only if the sign-in has to wait, and deleted as soon as it starts).
- Roughly where you are: the country and IP address of your internet connection when you connect an account, so we can give your account a network address in a matching location.
- What you send us: anything you write to us by email, such as a support or deletion request.
- Your campaigns: the people you target (their public LinkedIn profile details), the messages and comments sent, the replies received, conversations, your do-not-contact list, and any business notes or files you give us for the AI to use.
- Technical records: logs of actions taken and errors, used to run and fix the service.
The Chrome extension
The extension has one job: connect your LinkedIn account to Getyourleads without you typing your password on our servers.
- It reads one cookie, your LinkedIn session cookie (
li_at), only when you click “Connect with the Chrome extension” on a getyourleads.app page. It never reads it at any other time. - It passes that cookie to the Getyourleads page you clicked on, and that page sends it to our service over an encrypted connection.
- It runs only on getyourleads.app pages, asks for access to linkedin.com only, and refuses requests from any other website.
- It stores nothing, does not track you, has no analytics, and does not read your browsing history, messages or any other site.
The data the extension handles is used only to connect your LinkedIn account to your Getyourleads account. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to judge creditworthiness or lending, and not transferred to anyone for a purpose unrelated to the service. Our use of information received from the extension follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Signing out of LinkedIn in your own browser ends the shared session, so please stay signed in while your account is connected.
How we use it
- To run the outreach you set up: finding leads, sending connection requests and messages, handling replies and follow-ups.
- To draft messages and replies with AI, from your instructions and notes.
- To keep your account secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To contact you about your account and the service.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
We use these kinds of providers to run the service. Each receives only what it needs.
- Database and sign-in: Supabase.
- Website hosting: Vercel. Background workers and the LinkedIn connector: Railway.
- AI language-model providers that draft messages and replies. Lead and message text you work with may be sent to them for this.
- A lead-data provider that supplies lead details when you search for leads.
- A proxy provider that supplies the network address your account connects through.
- PayPal, for payments. You pay on PayPal’s own page, so we do not see or store your card details.
These providers handle your information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
People you contact
Leads are people whose public LinkedIn profile details are used for a client’s campaign. If you were contacted through Getyourleads and want your details removed, or want to be left alone, write to getyourleads.freelancer@gmail.com and we will act on it.
Security
LinkedIn sessions and proxy details are encrypted at rest and traffic uses HTTPS. Access to the stored data is restricted to the service itself and the Getyourleads administrator. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us at once if you suspect a problem.
Cookies on our website
getyourleads.app uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on our site. If you buy through PayPal, PayPal’s own page and cookies apply there.
Where your data is processed
We are based in India, and our providers run servers in other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep your information while your account is active. To delete your account, your LinkedIn connection and your campaign data, write to getyourleads.freelancer@gmail.com; we aim to do it within 30 days. You can also ask to see, correct, export or restrict what we hold about you, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw your consent. In the app, Disconnect on the Accounts page permanently deletes that LinkedIn account’s campaigns, leads, messages and history; to have the saved LinkedIn session removed as well, include that in your request. Removing the extension from Chrome removes everything it has, which is nothing stored.
